We believe that teachers are vital to improving learning outcomes. Our approach to the professional development of teachers is underpinned by research in pedagogy and behaviour change, and focuses on skills and practical classroom strategies that are proven to improve learning outcomes for pupils. The Behavioural Change Unit at the London School of Economics is our knowledge partner.

Through our work with government and directly with schools, we support teachers to:

• Create inclusive classrooms and environments that support learning

• Use proven teaching skills, tools and strategies to support learning

• Understand how concepts are learned and misconceptions resolved

Our training and coaching delivers practical tools which help teachers improve what they do in the classroom, and build the capacity of teacher trainers so that they are equipped to provide constructive support to teachers.
